Malorie is an experienced mortgage loan officer based in Wayzata, Minnesota, serving homebuyers and homeowners throughout Minnesota and South Carolina. With more than two decades of experience in real estate and mortgage lending, she brings a well rounded perspective to every home financing journey. Malorie began her career in real estate in 2004 before transitioning into mortgage lending in 2012, giving her a unique understanding of both sides of the homebuying process.

As a mortgage loan officer, Malorie works with first time homebuyers, move up buyers, investors and homeowners looking to refinance. With access to a wide variety of mortgage products and loan programs, she takes the time to understand each client's goals, explain their options clearly and build a mortgage strategy that makes sense for their individual situation. Her goal is to make the mortgage process feel straightforward, personal and as stress-free as possible from application through closing.

Based in Wayzata, Malorie is especially familiar with the Lake Minnetonka area and surrounding communities, including Minnetonka, Plymouth, Orono and Excelsior, while helping clients with home financing throughout Minnesota and South Carolina.

When she's not helping clients buy or refinance a home, you'll most likely find Malorie enjoying Lake Minnetonka, at a local hockey rink cheering on one of her three boys, or playing volleyball. With three kids and another on the way, she knows a thing or two about busy schedules, and believes getting a mortgage shouldn't add unnecessary stress to one.
